This medical device took a standard syringe and modified its function in order to test for tightness of the airways. LUMA worked closely with the client to develop the prototype and also undertook in-house silicone moulding using 3D printed tools to rapidly test the seal design. Engineering drawings were provided to allow full scale production of the device.
